I'm not judging, Just saying.... Skin Bleaching

Skin Bleaching has been around for a long time, and there are many reasons why people do it.  In Jamaica most persons do it because there is a social stigma that "if u nuh brown u nah seh nothing".  I might not be the darkest person so maybe I won't be able to fully understand what they go through, BUT I love seeing dark skin people I think it's so beautiful. Look at Lupita,

dark skin and so beautiful and she owns the skin she's in. People may call her a lot of names but they still can't take away the fact of how beautiful she is and her skin...

Whats even more sad is seeing someone lighter than I am bleaching, WHY?????....

In addition person should really think about the side effects of skin bleaching even more so when you take it the extra mile. Some of the side affects are:

Dark grey spots
Skin Cancer
Acne
Swelling of the skin
Thinning of the skin

and the list goes on.... 

So if you're bleaching your skin to fit in or you think you look better that way... Just be careful, there is no point of doing something to look "good" now and face a lot of skin issues in the future....

Business Name

Hello my lovelies,

So i'm in the process of starting my own makeup business, but for the life of me I can NOT come up with a name that I like O.O  #headache ..... I'm not sure if I want to use my name... but so far everything I came up with involving my name sucks!!!! AND  i'm here  looking at my mother like, mama couldn't u have given me one (1) getto name that is so beyond real that I could use lol..... she just looked at me and walked off... Yep that my mother for you...
Any ways wish me luck or better yet help your girl out :D

Review

Where do I begin? Let me first say I’m receiving no form of payment for this review but I still had to share it. Y’all know I was the winner for the competition at D’Marie School of Makeup Artistry… yada yada yada… lol… you know the gist…

Being a student there, at first I was a little reluctant at what to expect having no formal training at all on what to do as a makeup artist. But man was I surprised… I was blown away at how organized and fun the school was and the amazing teachers I met there. They were so fun to hang around and you can trust that your area was always clean (I can still remember that clean fresh smell…aahhhh) as my teacher I am convinced had OCD...lol. I saw first-hand how the teachers took time to make sure each student learnt the lesson at hand and even went as far to put in extra work by giving the slower learners one-on-one time if needed. NO one was left behind.

I gained a new respect for makeup artists on a whole after realizing the amount of work they had to put in to create a perfect look no matter how simple it looks. My pocket especially felt this blow as we had to buy a whole lot for each class… from makeup brushes to face cleansers, different shades of foundations and powders and disposable mascara wands (now keep in mind you are only allowed to use one wand per person…no double dipping allowed… lol…reminds me of chips and dip)… the bottom line is it was a huge investment.

Eyebrows

Eyebrows!!!!!!

My oh My...... Lately I have been seeing some crazy eyebrows, its not that I haven't notice them before its just that I never really paid much attention to them before. People have taken penciling the brows to a whole new level. where-ever I go now I see holsters signs gone wrong eyebrows, the one line across eyebrows, the shave off your eyebrows and pencil in some crazy line eyebrows, oh I can't forget the rectangle gone wrong eyebrows..... and the list goes on... We live in a world where you can learn almost anything on youtube and trust me when I say they'er are thousands of videos showing you how to do your eyebrows. So if you know of anyone with crazy eyebrows, be a good friend and show them a youtube video.... Lets make the world a better place one eyebrow at a time lol...
